Katie Fitzpatrick has been named chairman of the local steering committee for the 2006 Speaking of Womens Health Conference hosted by Channel 2.
As chairman, Fitzpatrick will serve as the leader and voice for the steering committee. She will play a key role in selecting an honoree and the recipient of the Community Investment Grant for this years conference.
Fitzpatrick is President of Caden Group, a consulting firm that focuses on business strategies and successful partnering.
Fitzpatrick serves on various committees with the South Florida Healthcare Hospital Association and is Past-President for the Society of Marketing Professional Services. She has recently served on the Cabinet for the United Way Broward, Junior Achievements Teacher Volunteer Program, Broward Community Colleges Fundraising Committee as well as served on the Board of Directors for both Medivan, a charitable group that covers uninsured residents and Smart School, a charter school in Lauderhill.
